The Osun State Property Development Corporation (OSPDC) has directed the occupant of a property currently serving as the campaign office of Alhaji Adekunle Adeoye Ajisope, an All Progressives Congress (APC) loyalist and former House of Representatives aspirant for the Olorunda/Irepodun/Orolu/Osogbo Federal Constituency, to vacate the premises within seven working days over an unresolved ownership dispute and alleged security concerns.

According to an official letter dated June 29, 2026, and addressed to Mr. Daniel Olagunju Ola, the corporation stated that an application for consent to transfer ownership of the property located at Block B, Plot 1, Olagunju Ola Avenue, Oroki Estate, Osogbo, could not be processed because the property is the subject of an ongoing suit before the Osun State High Court, Osogbo.

OSPDC noted that its records still recognize Mr. Daniel Olagunju Ola as the lawful allottee of the property, adding that no transfer of ownership to any third party has been perfected pending the final determination of the court case.

The corporation further alleged that the property is being used to harbour "miscreants and vagabonds" whose activities have allegedly disrupted public peace in the neighbourhood through sporadic and unwarranted gunfire.

Residents of Oroki Estate have reportedly expressed concerns over recurring gunshots and the alleged display of weapons by individuals believed to be operating from the premises, although these allegations have not been independently verified.

Consequently, OSPDC directed Mr. Olagunju Ola to evict all unauthorized occupants from the property within seven clear working days, warning that failure to comply could result in legal action against both the allottee and the occupants. The corporation indicated that such measures could include sealing the property or revoking its title in accordance with the law.

The letter was signed on behalf of the management of the Osun State Property Development Corporation.

As of the time of filing this report, Alhaji Adekunle Adeoye Ajisope had not issued any official response to the directive or the allegations contained in the OSPDC letter.
